Working together
No surprises, and nothing you cannot walk away with.
You should know what is being built, see it working before it is finished, and own every part of it at the end. Three steps, and no stage where you are asked to approve something you have not been able to try.
How we work
You know your business. We will help with the technical part.
Start with what is frustrating.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve, what you already have and what keeps getting in the way. Together we decide what is worth doing first.
See it working as it develops.
Try a working version and give feedback while it takes shape, so you respond to something real instead of imagining the finished result.
Know what you are getting.
An agreed scope and quote before building starts. At handover you know what was built, where it lives and how to use it. The code and accounts are yours.
What that looks like in practice
Three projects where it mattered.
We fit the tools you already open
Golf-Shop Ziesler's events calendar reads straight from Google Calendar, so the owner runs her website from the tool she already opens every morning. No second system to keep up to date, and nothing to forget.

You are not locked into our build
When Shine, ShEO! needed to move to WordPress, the brand went with it: the typography and the layout survived the move intact. A site you cannot leave is not an asset, it is a subscription.

You can take it somewhere else
Steadfast Harbor ships with Docker, Fly and Render configuration, so it can change hosts without a rewrite. If you ever want someone else to run it, that is a decision, not a rebuild.

A few useful answers
Questions worth asking first.
Start with the problem. A website you hesitate to share, follow ups that slip, or admin that takes too long. You do not need to choose the technology or arrive with a list of features.
Not necessarily. We will look at what you already have. A focused improvement may make more sense than starting over.
Absolutely. Start with what you need. A portal, CRM or integration should solve a real problem, not make a straightforward project more complicated.
Most projects land between $5,000 and $10,000: a website at the lower end, a website with a portal or a CRM behind it higher up. That is what others have paid, not a price list, and yours could sit either side of it. Nothing is a number until we have talked and sent you a scope and a quote, and that always comes before any work starts.
Yes, and we would rather join them than replace them. One client's portal was designed by reading her live calendar, recording tool and task board, not from a meeting about them. That is how we found her recording tool already marks the second each commitment was agreed, which nobody had noticed. We check what your tools genuinely do before recommending anything.

What would you like to make easier?
A better first impression. A smoother customer experience. Less work following you home. Tell us a little about your business and what you have in mind. You do not need a technical brief.
